The Party 2020

On Saturday 7 March 2020, the Buildcorp Foundation hosted our 7th annual ‘The Party’ fundraiser. The event was a celebration of partnership and community, with a theme influenced by French culture, cuisine and entertainment. Through the contributions of our partners and supporters, we raised our highest-ever fundraising total of $750,000 for mental health.

Thanks to our event sponsors, donors and volunteers everything raised on the night goes directly to help us tackle the spectrum of our mental health crisis.

OUR IMPACT 

• The Foundation will now make a further $200,000 donation to Lifeline Australia, bringing our donation total up to $1million since 2015.
• Our current $1.2m investment in the Smiling Mind Schools Program (dollar matched by the NSW Government) will reach 100,000 school children and 8,000 teachers by the end of 2020. See the program’s progress and a message from the NSW Minister for Education here.
• The Foundation will continue to build on existing funds to make another large investment in an initiative that serves the spectrum of our mental health crisis by 2022.
