LIFELINE SUPPORTS REACHES $800K

August 2019: Buildcorp Foundation Chair Josephine Sukkar AM delivered the Foundation’s 2019 donation to Lifeline Australia, comprising $200,000 to further boost their crisis support services.
This $200,000 donation brings the Foundation’s five-year Lifeline donation total up to $800,000.
Josephine Sukkar said: “The Foundation’s strategy in supporting both the crisis support services of Lifeline Australia and the preventative programs of Smiling Mind will bookend our financial contribution to the mental health sector in an impactful way.
“Thanks to our supporters, we can continue to support Lifeline with donations each year. By 2020, we are proud to say that our six year Lifeline donation total will reach $1million, having positively impacted the lives of over 30,000 help seekers during this time.”
“It was Buildcorp’s people who first directed us to support mental health and suicide prevention in 2015 and it remains the biggest issue facing the construction industry.”
